- TRi (Triangle Research International, Inc) strives to ship all orders the same day provided :

• orders are received before 1.30pm Pacific Time
• ordered items and qty are in stock
• customer has specified a later shipment delivery date 

- Overnight Shipments : customers are expected to call TRi Sales Office to confirm immediate availability in the case of medium/large orders for overnight shipments. Customer who have already placed online orders for overnight shipment that cannot be met will be contacted and shipment charges will be amended as necessary.

- Shipments from overseas warehouse. In instances where an item is out of stock in the domestic warehouse, TRi may ship order/s to the customer directly from it's manufacturing warehouse in Singapore. As the TRi enjoys competitive shipping rates for it shipments from Singapore, a customer may not have to pay more than the standard 2-Day domestic rate applicable (international shipping from Singapore to US/Canadian customer takes 2 to 4 days). Should the shipping fee be higher than domestic 2-day rates, a customer with a processed online order will be contacted for additional charges or extended leadtiime for the order in question.
